The Avfuel Hub

The Avfuel Hub is the back-office and point-of-sale platform Avfuel Corporation provides to its branded FBO partners as part of its FBO Solutions program. Avfuel, founded in 1985 when Craig R. Sincock acquired the company and headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, supplies a network of more than 3,500 locations including more than 720 Avfuel-branded FBOs across North America and Europe, and the Hub comes with that relationship rather than being sold to the open market.

The Hub's feature pages sit behind a partner login at theavfuelhub.com, so what is public comes from Avfuel's own training materials: a WebPOS point of sale covering transaction processing, running credits, customer profile management, and product and pricing setup; an AVTRIP Promotions module that ties Avfuel's fuel-rewards program into the register; a QuickBooks export workflow documented in its own manual for FBO bookkeepers; and accounting-staff guidance on contract-fuel and merchant-linked transactions. Avfuel runs Hub training in two tracks, a short overview for managers and a longer session for the staff who process transactions and pull reports.
