Total Aviation Staffing

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is a San Antonio, Texas recruiting firm for aviation and aerospace employers. It runs a job board and a private candidate network, which it puts at more than 300,000 people, with recruiters and AI matching to rank candidates. It says more than 90 percent of its clients are repeat customers.

Its services cover MRO, manufacturing, defense and aerospace, general aviation, business aviation and commercial aviation recruitment, plus direct hire search and recruitment advertising. Roles include A&P and avionics technicians, hangar leadership, quality assurance, engineers, pilots, dispatchers and cabin crew. The site lists 15 case studies, among them Million Air and Elliott Aviation, two operators with FBO networks, along with Jet Linx, Wheels Up, Dassault Falcon and ST Engineering.

For an FBO, the relevant material is the Million Air and Elliott Aviation work and the maintenance-technician hiring focus. FBO is not one of the firm's listed business types, and it publishes no rates: it states employers pay nothing until a hire matches the job's skills requirements.
