Total Control Systems (TCS)

Total Control Systems (TCS) is based at 2515 Charleston Place in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with a European office in Challock, UK. It manufactures piston and rotary positive displacement flow meters and electronic registers, and lists aviation alongside AdBlue, fertilizer and chemical, marine, oil and gas, and renewable fuels as an industry it serves. Its aviation page names corporate and private aviation, commercial aviation and military as its markets.

For aviation, TCS offers the 682 SPA piston meter and the 700 SPA rotary meter, which handle aviation gasoline and jet fuel. The TCS 3000 electronic register adds delivery control: temperature compensation, preset, density and water measurement, corrected differential pressure and additive injection. Water-sensor and differential-pressure interfaces can warn or stop a delivery and lock out the fueler until a supervisor clears it, with default free-water thresholds of 15 and 30 ppm. A hazardous-location TCS 3000ex model carries Division 1 and ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 ratings.

Register data moves wirelessly to TCSHUB delivery software for trending, analytics and maintenance planning, and the register prints tickets over wireless printers. TCS does not publish pricing or name customers on its site, and its pages do not single out FBOs, so FBOs should confirm refueler and fuel-farm fit directly.
