aerops

aerops is the Airport Management System of aeroPS GmbH of Dresden, Germany, sold to regional and general-aviation airports and to FBOs. It is cloud software with no local servers, automatic updates, and support for more than ten languages, and it pairs with a free aerops mobile app that lets pilots, flight schools, and business aviation pay handling, fuel, and landing fees at partner airports from a phone.

On the airside it runs a digital flight-strip system with automatic flight-plan handling and movement alerts, integrated with Eurocontrol and German air traffic control (DFS). PPR and handling-request workflows are configurable, with a calendar of requests, templated confirmation and rejection emails, SMS and push notifications, and an embeddable request form for the airport's own website. Customer and aircraft management draws on a database of thousands of verified aircraft, stores customer master data and banking details, applies per-aircraft fee rules, and keeps documents such as customs permits and contracts, with hangar rental and recurring services.

Fuel management integrates with Dohmann, Hectronic, Maul, and eN-Tank dispensers, records fuelings from a tablet or phone, keeps temperature-normalized electronic inventory, documents energy-tax-exempt deliveries, and files EMCS customs declarations automatically. Invoicing generates and emails invoices, runs SEPA direct debit in ISO 20022 format, and supports monthly billing. Pricing is not published.
