Atlas FBO Software

Atlas FBO Software is the FBO management platform of Titan Aviation Fuels, Inc., the New Bern, North Carolina fuel supplier founded in 1975 by Robert L. “Buddy” Stallings III. Titan brands and supplies more than 650 FBOs and offers Atlas as part of its branding program alongside fuel supply, training, marketing support, and its Titan Rewards loyalty program — so the software usually arrives with a fuel relationship rather than as a standalone purchase.

Atlas is sold in three named tiers. Basic covers Titan, bank, and government AIR Card processing at the point of sale, invoicing, customer and item management, tax setup, and pilot rewards. Advanced adds discounts and contracts with tiered pricing, fuel management, inventory management, reporting, recurring invoices, an employee time clock, and commingled fuel. Premier adds customer account management, statements, a QuickBooks integration, fuel management with meter tracking, Veeder-Root and TCS meter integration, dashboard reports, and a FlightBridge integration.

The platform is web-based and PCI compliant, running card-present and AIR Card transactions through a US Bank gateway with tokenized card vaulting. An FBOLinx integration lets an FBO maintain a dedicated pricing contract and push current and future-dated Jet A cost and retail pricing to its FBOLinx dashboard with one sync. Titan's separate TITAN Fuels mobile app is a customer-facing rewards and contract-fuel app rather than a line-service tool. Pricing is not published; Titan routes prospects to a sales representative.
