World Fuel avPOS & fbo360

World Fuel is the commercial brand of World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC), the Miami fuel supplier long known as World Fuel Services. Its current aviation tools page lists avPOS + Connected Truck for FBO payment, reporting and fueling workflows, linking the counter to the fuel truck, alongside operator tools such as myWorld Tankering, e-invoicing and card validation. Access to the FBO tools is by request. World Fuel's fuel business is listed separately under Fuel Suppliers.

avPOS is the payment-processing core: card-on-file storage, ramp-based transaction capture and a library of fuel and revenue reports, hosted on Amazon Web Services; at its 2019 relaunch the company called it the world's largest business aviation processing platform, in use at 2,800 fixed-base operations, and named Phillips 66 Aviation and KH Inc. as other companies running it. Connected Truck captures fuel-meter data at the truck and syncs it to the cloud, so the ticket reaches the counter without re-keying.

fbo360, the operations platform built from 2019 with input from more than 100 FBOs, covers the visit from reservation through fueling to billing, with a CSR and line-manager dashboard, auto-generated invoices and tokenized card data. It is still described on World Fuel's legacy fbo360 page, which names FlightBridge integration, but it no longer appears on the current tools page, and neither does Total Aviation Software, the small-FBO tier listed in 2025. FBOs should confirm which products World Fuel currently offers before planning around them. Pricing is not published.
