AVMAN by MOSAIX Software

AVMAN is the FBO product line of MOSAIX Software, Inc., a Pittsburgh company formed in 2014 by the merger of Cherry Lane Software and KIT Solutions. MOSAIX also sells grants-management software to government agencies, so its company-wide claim of 2,400 organizations served is not an FBO count. What distinguishes AVMAN in this category is that it is built on MOSAIX's own VIRTUOSO accounting system: management accounting and financial accounting are one integrated ledger, with job-cost accounting for maintenance work and activity-based accounting for fuel sales, rather than an export to a third-party accounting package.

The module set covers the CSR desk, a CRM that records leads, assigns follow-ups, tracks each conversation, and turns quotes into orders; fuel management for receiving loads, transferring to trucks, adjusting inventory, setting cost-plus base rates, and reporting meter data; hangar management for office and hangar tenants and leases with a transient wait list against vacant space and automatic tenant invoicing into receivables; a reservation calendar; point of sale in full and Lite editions; an operational dashboard; and business-intelligence reporting. An Enterprise edition serves multi-location operators and a Flight Schools edition serves training operations.

AVMAN Central Marketplace is a free customer-facing app, on mobile and desktop, that lets pilots find AVMAN FBOs near a destination, see fuel and service pricing, schedule arrivals and departures, place orders, and pay with a card on file, with each order raising an alert on the FBO's CSR dashboard. MOSAIX does not publish a pricing page or a third-party integrations list; the site routes to a demo request.
