FBO management software, compared

12 platforms on one ledger: what each one runs, what it syncs, who owns it, and whether it tells you the price. Every mark is the vendor’s own published statement — a dot means the vendor doesn’t say, never that we guessed.

Read the Scope column first. Five are independent full suites sold on their own. Three belong to fuel suppliers — Titan’s Atlas, World Kinect’s fbo360 family, and The Avfuel Hub — and usually arrive with a branded-fuel agreement. Three are built around the handling request rather than the fuel counter, and one, Aviatize, is a flight-school platform with an FBO feature set. Two of the twelve, Total FBO and FBO One, share an owner: CAMP Systems bought both from World Kinect in 2024.

Hosting, fuel meters, and accounting

The three questions a demo tends to skip: where it runs, which truck meters it reads, and where the ledger lives.

What sits around the system of record

An FBO system feeds — and is fed by — a handful of neighbors. Each has its own page in the Register.

Quick answers

Which FBO software publishes pricing?
FBO Director and Aviatize. Everyone else quotes — or, for the fuel-supplier platforms, bundles the software into the fuel agreement.
Which platforms name a FlightBridge integration?
X-1FBO, FBO Director, Total FBO, Atlas FBO Software, fbo360 by World Kinect, FBO One. AirPlx, in the hangar table, syncs FlightBridge trips into its planning view.
Why isn’t MyFBO here?
myfbo.com now redirects to CAMP Aviate, the umbrella brand for Total FBO and FBO One. With no live product site to check against, it is no longer listed.
How is this table maintained?
Every cell comes from the vendor’s own site on the date shown above. Vendors can claim their listing to correct or add a cell; we ask for a page on their site that states it.

Sell software to FBOs?

12 platforms are listed in FBO Management Software. If yours isn’t, add it free; if it is, claim it and send us the page that fills in a dot.
